If your tracking number shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend you do the following:

Product Knowledge
Does Pop of Color’s SHOCK paint need to be sealed?
No, once the paint is completely dry, the piece is ready to go. However, on high trafficked projects applying our Pop Coat Varnish is recommended.
What is SHOCK paint's base - is it water-based or acrylic? Polyurethane friendly? Does it need to be sealed?
SHOCK paint is a water-based decorative paint with a matte finish. Our paint gets its chalky superior adhesion properties from its acrylic emulsion which contains calcium carbonate. SHOCK paint was specifically designed to be used on a variety of surfaces like drywall, metals, plasters, concrete, wood, etc.
What is the recommended brush to use when basecoating a tumbler with SHOCK paint for no brush strokes?
We recommend using our soft synthetic bristle brush or something similar
What is the best way to apply varnish and wax?
For applying our varnish, we recommend using our Premium Medium Flat Furniture brush or a foam brush. For our wax, we recommend our wax kit which contains our natural bristle brush and our 8oz Finish It wax.
